F45 Growth and Retention Package

This package is great for growing your F45 Studio trialists and membership, retaining current members and reducing the seasonal 'slow period' with strategies proven at the top F45 Studios we work with. What's Included

Onboarding

• You will receive an email containing a Calendly invitation to select a 30 minute intake Zoom time that works for you.

Prior to the F45 intake call:

• An outline for the intake call will be provided in advance.
• A pre-intake questionnaire will be sent to gather information about the unique aspects of your F45 business and to establish baseline metrics. 
• We will send you our suggested content calendar and content pipeline survey (pipeline = coaches providing photos/videos).
• We will send you our suggested F45 promotional calendar and compare to what you are already doing.  
• You will receive a login/password request packet, along with guidance on how to add us to the accounts we will need access to (note: you will retain ownership of these accounts).
• You will receive a business goals survey so that we can drive toward accomplishing the goals you have set for your F45 business.
• A direct line of contact will be provided to ensure seamless communication for program success.
  
• We will perform a comprehensive scan of your F45 digital presence online to identify opportunities with actions we can take.
• Loyalsnap automation review with our recommendations 

Monthly work for your F45 Studio

Social Media

• 5 social media posts per week, weekly story posts and monthly reels
• We will engage with your followers each month with comments and likes

Email Marketing

• Weekly email sent to membership and non members
  
• 2 one off emails per month

SEO

• Weekly Google My Business post aimed at enhancing SEO, customer education, and positive reviews for one Google Business account 

Ads

• Up to 4 ad campaigns with 12 ads between them on meta (will be discussed on intake call). Note: separate ad budget is required

F45 Playbook Microsite Management

• Management of the trial, Instagram feed, reviews, trainers, and success story section of your microsite
  

Creative Assets

• Up to three Canvas per month for use in emails, social posts, or printable handouts 

Third Party Platform Posts

• 1x month and special occasion posts to platforms like nextdoor

Reporting

• Monthly report summarizing key metrics from your mindbody dashboard, facebook and instagram, google my business, meta and loyalsnap.
